Hardeep is our Director. With a background in engineering and finance, Hardeep took the reign of Gill Estate in 2018. Back then we were focussing on almonds, avocados, citrus and mangos. In 2020 Hardeep decided to expand into wine saying, “Let’s just start… and see where it takes us!”

His favourite wine? The Rivah Malbec with a delicious juicy steak!

Ajay joined the Gill Estate team in 2024 and has had the privilege of working in hospitality and across various sales channels for 25 years. He initially started his career in hospitality, but the bug of learning more about the beverage industry and specifically about wines took him to the world of Royal Caribbean Cruise lines and honed his skills there as a Sommelier.

Since moving to Australia in 2013 he has worked as Sommelier in The Atlantic Restaurant in Crown, as Area Manager with Proximo Spirits, State Sales Manager with Lark Distilling company before jumping on to this opportunity to work at Gill estate to lead their sales and export business.

Brodie’s first harvest was back in 2011 at TWE’s Lindeman’s, followed by 6 years abroad in New Zealand, California, and Canada, focused on winery intake and harvest. He returned to Sunraysia in 2018 as Data Coordinator for Duxton Vineyards before joining Gill Estate in 2024. Brodie holds a BSc in Wildlife and Conservation with a focus on sustainable operations!

Les is our Cellar Manager. He has unique knowledge and experience having been working on the Estate grounds for over 30 years! Gill Estate would not be the same without Les.

Les loves the Rivah Pinot Grigio with fresh fish and chips or the Rivah Tempranillo with a nice steak.
